If you are not familar with House Party, I HIGHLY suggest that you sign up and get familar with them.  It is so FUN!

I just got accepted to have a Thai Kitchen house party and can’t wait.  They supply all the stuff and I just supply the guest.  This is the 4th house party that I have done. My friends and family have a blast at them and we get to try new products from companies.  A great way for companies to advertise their products and for families to entertain.

Tips on how to get selected.

  • Sign up to get email alerts on when a house party is available to register for.
  • When you sign up go immediately to your email and confirm by replying to the confirmation email.
  • Check the date on your house party personal page on when finalist will be choosen.
  • Check your email often around that date to see if your application has been selected and accept the invitation quickly.  Don’t let it sit in your inbox a week or they will pass to another participant.  
  • Once chosen, fill out your party planning page on the site and comment and fill out surveys about your party.  They want your feedback to know how your friends and family love the product.

I have a friend that lives in Ohio and she uses Smilebox so much.  I love it when she sends out a new album of pictures of her boys. She put pictures of an event that they have done such as a trip to the pumpkin patch or vacation  to music and send it to family and friends to enjoy.  They are awesome and easy to do.

I finally signed up for Netflix. I don’t know what took me so long to do it. I signed up for the $8.99 program. This will get me a movie sent to my home one at a time and can get another as soon as I return it, and unlimited movies all the time through our XBox, wii and computers. We can watch movies about anywhere that we have internet access. It almost makes me what to cancel our cable. :)

Here is how I got the $14 rebate. I used the referral program called Cashbaq. If you are already signed up with Cashbaq you know the great benefits of this program. We love watching movies. This weekend was filled with movies.  We saw 3 movies at home and one in the theater.   If you live in Atlanta, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, New York, Washington D.C or Boston, you have the opportunity to get tickets at a cheaper price.
