Tomatoes are running out my ears! I love this season. One of my favorite salsa recipes is actually VERY easy to make. It only requires 3 ingredients.

- Mrs. Wages Salsa Mix
- Vinegar
That is it.
This recipe is so good because you can control the chunkiness of the tomatoes. I love my salsa chunky, my husband likes his smooth. I can make it both ways.
The pack of mix cost around $2.75 and it will make 5 pints of salsa. You use 1/2 cup of vinegar so that is just pennies and if you grow your own tomatoes that is FREE. (if not, find a friend that grows tomatoes.) Do the math each pint cost around .65 cents each.
