free_2517747Do you have a home office or just a busy lifestyle (don’t we all) that you need to get alittle organization in?  Here is a BIG list of resources that might help you achieve some calm in your home office or life and be cheaper on your wallet.

We all need that paper faxed and your home with no fax or you need the image for the newsletter but don’t know where to get one for free, or even you need a simple checklist to help you through this time in your life.  Below are several resources that I think you will get some benefit from.

Check them out and let me know what you think.

  •   Simple Mom.  This is a great site for Checklist.  It has a daily docket, a weekely checklist, a Christmas budget list. etc.
  • Open Office  This is a site that gets you free office documents forms, spreadsheets and presentation.  This takes the cost of ordering Microsoft office.
  • Google Doc  This is the program that I use and I love it.  You can do anything on here.  spreadsheets, word docs, even forms and surveys!   You can access them anywhere you have internet access and you don’t have to use up all your memory space on your laptop to save these documents.  Google stores them on their server.  It is great.  It is password protected and you can give permissions to share what documents with whom you please.
  • Dim Dim  This is a site to do free webinars and conferences and even join in on some that are happening.  This is a great resource for businesses and even small bible studies or families. So unlimited.
  • Cute PDF  this site allows you to create PDF documents for free.
  • Mad Mimi   Free email marketing for up to 100 contacts.
  • Diva Geek Designs.  This is for anyone with a blog or site.  Free social networking buttons.
  • Disclosure Policy .org   Starting this month, Dec. 2009 the government has cracked down on bloggers, if you don’t have  a disclosure policy on your site, here is a good resource.
  • My Own Business.  This is a site that has 16 FREE online sessions on the the correct way to start up a small business.
  • Quickbooks online   If you don’t have anyway to track your budget and spending.  This is an awesome tool to use.  I love it.  It is easy and your bank statements and Credit card statements upload in a snap.
  • Gravatar   This helps you develop a global gravatar to where you start getting recognized for your brand globally.
  • Fax Zero   Fax up to 3 pages  at a time twice a day from this site and it is free!
  • Free Press Release   Need to get your business name out there or an event you are planning?  See if you can use this site to help.
  • Snap Pages   This site offers you a free website with 5 pages.  It looks easy to use!
  • DreamsTime    Do you need a place to get free stock images.  Check out their pictures.

Didn’t I tell you that it was a BIG list!!!

If you have resources that would benefit others, leave a comment and I will add them to the list.
