Gregg and I are motivated and challenged to get this weight off in 2013. Weight loss bound 2013 is what I am calling it. We have set goals before, stood strong in the goals ……oh for about a week or two and the went back to our old ways. What is different this time???

Whew, this has been a crazy week. I really didn’t think I was doing as well as I did. I thought for sure that weight was added to my body instead of coming off. But I am exstatic to say 2.3 lbs lighter. That is huge for me because I ate more than I should.
