Gregg and I are motivated and challenged to get this weight off in 2013. Weight loss bound 2013 is what I am calling it. We have set goals before, stood strong in the goals ……oh for about a week or two and the went back to our old ways. What is different this time??? Our bodies HURT. We just don’t feel good and when we wake up in the mornings we feel like we really haven’t slept.
Another reason we are motivated is because we are ready to do it together. I this is the first time we are both ready for a life change and to get the weight off. We actually are talking together about dieting, working out and life change. We have always joked about it, picked at each other and used the words, “we should”. But now our words are reflecting our desire to loose weight
