So how are we doing? I am down 2. 4 lbs. Not as much as I want but I am finding it hard to not eat Rice Krispy Treats. Yes, I know that is crazy but I try to keep them made for my son and I love them about as much as he does. I think that is what is slowing my progress down.
I am enjoy ing doing wth Wii fit. It has turned into a competition with my husband and I. My husband loves reaching the highest level and being first in all the activities. That is great for me because I can’t stand to be last in everything so it is pushing me to do the Wii fit often and push myself harder.
I have learned in this process that having someone to push is a must for me. I have to have that accountability. I have to have someone that will ask if I have worked out and push me to do better.
Have you got someone that can do that for you? If not find someone that will ask you about your workout program and how you are doing. That is a goal for this week if you don’t have an accountability partner.
