Good Monday Morning!! I am typically not a morning person and especially not a Monday morning person but as my husband and I was driving in together this morning something was said on the radio that helped me get a better persective on this Monday morning. You see, I had an aweful week last week with my weight management. We had 4 games last week along with several other committments that pushed us into eating quick dinners at home and one meal out. I was not able to workout in the evening like I wanted to and my sleep habits were really messed up. Last week was a dieters nightmare.
On the radio this morning, on Way Fm it was referenced about how Mondays are a fresh start. I needed to hear that. I was already carrying over the defeat of last week into this week. As I heard that, my mind started changing my thought process and I committed to put last week in the past like it should be and this week is an all new week.
The good news is I didn’t gain any weight, even after that crazy week. I didn’t loose any but the big part is I DIDN’T gain any.
Just as an encouragement, this is Monday and don’t dread it, it is a new fresh start!
