I am begining to think that Super Bowl Sunday is as big of an eating holiday as Thanksgiving. Snacking all day long. But I am so thankful that I was able to find some great recipes that were “football” food but still on my diet. As you know I am doing the low carb diet and it has been hard since basketball season for our family is in full swing, but I think every little effort helps.
I found this recipe that I wanted to share with you. It is a South Beach Phase 1 recipe and is great.

As far as an update on my weight, I am doing well. No great loss but no gain and my clothes are fitting loose inwhich I am very happy.
